Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that B.E. RUSSELL LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 February 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies and were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 22 February 2012 at 10.50am.
