Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Joseph Craig McNeill and Hayden Dashwood Trotter, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of TCI LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 29 February 2012 at 3.00pm, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
