Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EGMONT STONE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 December 2011 at 4.50pm.
We fix 2 February 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
