Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HALLRITE BUILDING RECYCLERS 2007 LIMITED by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 February 2012 at 10.34am.
We fix Monday 26 March 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
