Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 February 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that SENSOR INVESTMENTS LIMITED and BENEDICTINE LIMITED be liquidated and that Samuel Michael William Bassett, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidations commenced on 22 February 2012.
