Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BLACK PEPPER NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 February 2012 at 11.50am.
We fix 12 March 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
