Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of Concurrent First Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 239AO of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that on 30 November 2012, the companies, under section 239I, appointed David Lombe and Vaughan Strawbridge as joint administrators.
A concurrent meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held at Waipuna Conference Centre, 58 Waipuna Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland, on 12 December 2012 at 1.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
(b) if so, who are to be the committee’s members.
At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the companies.
