Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to a resolution passed by the board of the company on or near to 9.40am on 14 November 2012, the
company has been placed into voluntary administration.
The control of the company business, property and affairs are now under the control of the appointed administrator with the functions and duties of the administrator to be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Part 15A of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
Disclosure of the fact of the administration will, during the period of the administration, become known by the addition of the words "(administrator appointed)" appearing immediately after the company name.
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, has been appointed administrator of PTM CUISINE LIMITED pursuant to section 239I of the Act.
The first meeting of creditors of the company, as prescribed by section 239AN of the Act, will be held at Kobe
Cuisine Restaurant at Millbrook Resort, Malaghans Road, Arrowtown, on 26 November 2012 commencing at 2.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) decide whether to replace the administrator; and
(b) decide whether to appoint a creditors committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
