Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2012 at 2.00pm, it was resolved by the board of directors that CDS GROUP LIMITED be placed into voluntary administration, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as administrators for that purpose.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Sections 239AN and 239AO of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the offices of PKF Corporate Recovery (Auckland) Limited, Level 3, 48 Courthouse Lane, Chancery, Auckland, on Tuesday 27 March 2012 at 10.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a creditors’ committee of creditors; and
(b) if so, who are to be the committee’s members.
At that meeting, creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
Creditors may direct enquiries to the administrator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
