WESCOT HOLDING INC. LIMITED (1474997) - removed on 8 October 2008 in connection with becoming incorporated in Delaware, USA. Its retransfer to New Zealand required application (now pending) under section 345 instead of restoration under section 328. A new number will be allocated on retransfer. Addresses and directors are to revert to those current at removal. Documents from 18 November 2010 to 22 July 2011 are to be removed.
