Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Notice is given that the companies propose to amalgamate on 1 April 2011, with RED CIRCLE WHOLESALE LIMITED to continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies and at Stortford Corner, Pakowhai Road (PO Box 2094), Stortford Lodge, Hastings, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either company.
The registered office for both companies is at the offices of Herbert Morton Limited, 19 Victoria Street, Cambridge.
