Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of RECONSTRUCT LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held
in the Remuera Room, Ellerslie Racecourse Event Centre, 80 Ascot Avenue, Greenlane East, Auckland, on Monday
23 January 2012, commencing at 10.00am.
Business
1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of the liquidators or to appoint another liquidator in their place.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
