Notice of Creditors’ Meeting
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on Wednesday 16 November 2011 at 9.00am.
The creditors’ meeting will take place in the conference room of the Tuscany Villas Motor Inn, 57 The Strand East, Whakatane.

1. Administrators’ report.
2. Vote on resolution to replace administrators.
3. Determine whether to appoint a committee of creditors and, if so, who are to be the committee’s members.
4. General business.
