Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a first meeting of the creditors
of NORTHERN CREST INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) is to be held by postal vote on 22 November 2011 at 10.00am at the offices of the liquidators, PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, Level 3, 48 Courthouse Lane, Chancery, Auckland.
Forms of general and special proxies are available from the office of the liquidators at the address below.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at
the office of the liquidators no later than 12.00 midday on 21 November 2011.
