Notice of Creditors’ Meeting
A meeting of creditors of ENERGYSMART LIMITED
(in liquidation) will be held on 15 November 2011 at 2.00pm at the Amora Hotel, 170 Wakefield Street, Wellington.
The meeting will consider various matters including confirming the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 258(2)(d).
For voting purposes, creditors’ claims and proxies must be lodged with the liquidators by 11 November 2011.
Postal votes must be lodged by 11 November 2011.
