Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators of NANA THAI LIMITED (in liquidation) advise that the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have is Thursday
27 October 2011.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
