Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Under Regulation 12(1) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 10 October 2011 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
