Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of
the creditors of MOKUM TEXTILES LIMITED (administrators appointed) will be held at the offices
of the administrators, Level 9, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on 4 February 2011, commencing at 9.00am.
Business
1. Report on the proceeding of the administration to date.
2. Tabling of the deed of company arrangement ("DOCA") terms sheet.
3. To receive the views of creditors.
4. To pass a resolution.
Resolutions for Consideration
1. That the DOCA should be executed; or
2. that the administration of MOKUM TEXTILES LIMITED should end; or
3. MOKUM TEXTILES LIMITED should be placed into liquidation.
Proxies
Proxies are to be completed and deposited at the offices of the administrators no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
