Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a joint meeting for the watershed meeting of creditors for the companies is convened to
be held at the Allely House Function Centre at 393
State Highway 16, Kumeu, Auckland, on 19 August 2011 commencing at 10.30am.
Registration will commence from 10.00am.
Joint Meeting and Notice of Right to Object
A creditor may object to the joint meeting by sending written notice to the administrator of such objection to the administrator's postal, email or street address provided in this correspondence before 2.00pm on 18 August 2011.
If the creditor does not object in accordance with this notice, the creditor will be taken to have agreed to the joint meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine by resolution:
(a) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(b) whether to bring the administration to an end; or
(c) whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
