Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of CIRCLE MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) is to be held
by way of postal ballot as provided for, under clause 1 of the 5th Schedule of the Companies Act 1993, for the purpose
of confirming the appointment of the liquidator or resolving whether to appoint Dennis Parsons as liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.
Voting papers are available from the offices of the liquidator and must be completed and returned no later than 8 August 2011.
