Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of
the creditors of the company will be held on Tuesday
26 April 2011 at 10.00am at the conference room of
Albany Executive Motor Inn, 15 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland.
Registration for all creditors will open at 9.30am, with the meeting commencing at 10.00am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. to review the administrators’ report in connection
with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company; and
2. for the creditors of the company to resolve that the:
(a) administration end; or
(b) company be placed into liquidation; or
(c) vote for the proposed deed of company arrangement ("DOCA").
3. Any other business properly brought before the meeting.
