I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 809 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 3, being part of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register SA40/163, South Auckland Land District.
The registered proprietor of the above land is The New Zealand Land Association Limited and the land is bordering Raymond Street.
