2. Right of way over part Lot 1 DP 195451 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA124B/600 created by easement certificate C845960.7 as appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 442114, registered on 25 May 1995.
3. Right of way over part Lot 1 DP 163064 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA98B/487 created by C845960.6 as appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 442114, registered on 25 May 1995.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
