Description: An estate in fee simple in 5 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land District under number 431170, being Part Section 171 Town of Wellington, which is the part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 2 Folio 1125, such land being part of the land granted to Henry John Brown, settler, of Wellington, under Crown Grant 542 on 10 August 1853, who is recorded as being the documentary owner and subsequently transferred to John Paterson and James Barry Martin.
