Secondly 8894758.3:
103 square metres, more or less, shown on LT 371221, being part of the former bed of an unnamed stream adjoining Waikawa West B2B Block, comprised in Computer Freehold Register MB53/138 in the District of Marlborough.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue
titles for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 12 December 2011.
