The applicants described below have applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the removal of a right to convey electricity.
The applicants claim the right to convey electricity is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right to convey electricity on 15 November 2011 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right to convey electricity over part marked "A" on DP 341865 created by Easement Instrument 6248845.3 produced 13 December 2004 and entered 14 January 2005.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
