Land Applied for: 1070 square metres, more or less, shown as Lot 7 on DP 20654, being part of the bed of Mill Stream adjoining Lot 5 DP 20654 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 548888 and Lots 1, 9, 814, 815, 801, 911 and 912 DP 438773 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 548550, 548558, 548559, 548561 and 548562 in the District of Queenstown Lakes.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 23 September 2011.
