I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 9 September 2011.

Applicant: Selwyn District Council, at Rolleston.
Description: An estate in fee simple in 900 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under 433462, being Part Rural Sections 844 and 2724, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Indexes 20D/200 and 5CS/750, such land being part the land granted to James Edward Fitzgerald and James Paisley Wilkinson under Crown Grants 8096 and 9477 on 26 July 1861 and 27 June 1861 respectively. The Part Rural Section 2724 was subsequently transferred by conveyance 6749 on 16 May 1863 to James Edward Fitzgerald, who is recorded as being the documentary owner of the land.
