Land Applied for: 117 square metres, more or less, shown on LT 427916, being part of the former bed of Raumanga Stream adjoining Lots 10 and 11 DP 13841 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers NA333/216 and NA703/21 respectively in the District of Whangarei.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 1 August 2011.
