Notice of Specifications for Electronic Deposit Documents

Pursuant to section 167A of the Land Transfer Act 1952 ("the Act"), the Registrar-General of Land may specify an electronic form for any consent, approval, certification or other matter that is a prerequisite for the deposit of a plan under section 167 of the Act or the issue of a Certificate of Title or Computer Register.
Specifications for electronic deposit documents
An electronic deposit document is in an acceptable form when it contains the following information:
- Name of the approving territorial authority or regional council.
- Survey number.
- Surveyor.
- Surveyor firm.
- A description of the purpose of the survey.
- Land Registration District.
- A consent, approval or certification (and any related conditions) as per one or more of the formats set out in the Schedule below.

Certifications Under the Unit Titles Act 2010
Section Certificate
32(2)(a) Pursuant to section 32(2)(a) of the Unit Titles Act 2010, I hereby certify that:
(i) every building (if any) shown on Unit Plan number _______ or the amendment to the unit plan has been erected and all other development work has been carried out to the extent necessary to enable all the boundaries of every unit and the common property shown on the unit plan or the amendment to the unit plan to be physically measured; and
(ii) every principal unit (if any) shown on the unit plan or the amendment to the unit plan conforms to the definition of principal unit in section 7.
32(2)(a) Stage unit plan and complete unit plan - 25(5) I further certify that the unit plan is consistent with Proposed Unit Development Plan number _____ A.
Certification Under the Resource Management Act 1991
Section Certificate
Vestings 239(2) Pursuant to section 239(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991,

Pursuant to section 245(5)(b) of the Resource Management Act 1991 I hereby certify that-
" the reclamation on the above plan conforms with the resource consent and the relevant provisions of any regional plan 1.
" no conditions have been imposed 2.
" all the conditions of the resource consent have been complied with 3.
" in respect of any condition of the resource consent that has not been complied with, a bond has been given under section 108(2)(b) or a covenant has been entered into under section 108(2)(d) 4.
