The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a pipeline right easement.
The applicants claim the pipeline right easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the pipeline right easement on 31 May 2011 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Pipeline right over parts marked "G" and "H" on DP 314076 created by Transfer 107690 on 20 August 1918.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
