Description: An estate in fee simple in 1379 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan to be lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under LT 436084, being Part Rural Section 4285, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index C4285, such land being all the land granted to Robert Ashworth under Crown Grant 9167 on 7 November 1865 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 64771 dated the 5th day of April 1882 to George Harper and Henry Alan Scott who are recorded as being the documentary owners thereof.
