Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation*

Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purpose for which the Maori reservation in respect of
the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 February 1964, No. 7, page 182, is hereby redefined as for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation ground, sports ground and marae for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of Tuakau district generally, to be known as the Nga Tai E Rua Marae.
