Pursuant to Part VII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and:
(i) that Section 6 SO 434249, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register 204031; and
(ii) that Section 7 SO 434249, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register 204030.
