Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation hereby sets apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule as reserves and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, classifies
the reserves as recreation reserves and vests the reserves
in the Waimate District Council in trust for that purpose.
