Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and
to the delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby classifies:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto as recreation reserve, subject to section 17 of the said Act; and
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto as local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to section 23 of the said Act.
