Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette in the South Waikato District Council, subject to a building covenant that disallows any buildings to be built on or relocated to that part of the area so acquired as provided by consent notice 6193017.2 and now marked "D" on SO 446059.
