Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed
by the Hastings District Council on 27 October 2011:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by
section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under
an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Hastings District Council declares that
the land owned by the Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule, is a recreation reserve."
