Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the purpose and the persons or class of persons for whose use or benefit the Maori Reservation that was set aside by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
18 July 1991, No. 107, page 2372, and described in the Schedule hereto is hereby amended to
"a papakainga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the original owners with the power to set aside such portion as the trustees shall decide for the purpose of grazing from time to time."
