Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the name of the scenic reserve described in the Schedule and previously known as the Pupu Springs Scenic Reserve.
The reserve shall, from the date of publication of this notice, be known as the Te Waikoropupu Springs Scenic Reserve.
