Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, Frazer Robert Tweedie, Corridor and Security Manager, New Zealand Railways Corporation, hereby amends the notice dated at Wellington on the 4th day
of August 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 August 2011, No. 118, page 3307, and registered in the Wellington Land Registry as document Gazette Notice 8875944.3 by omitting from the Schedule the words
"(Computer Unit Title Register WN51B/895)"
and substituting the words
"(Supplementary Record Sheet WN51B/896)".
