Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose reserves described in
the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of
by the Napier City Council by amalgamating the parcels in with other lands held in fee simple status which together comprise McLean Park.
