(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register 346993, subject to Protective Covenant A230726.2, Public Access Easement Certificate A230726.3, Fencing Covenant in Transfer A449153.3, Forestry Right A449153.7, Encumbrance to Te Runanga a Ngai Tahu 6227621.2 and mortgage of Forestry Right to Bank of New Zealand 6634780.6.
