Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 149403, subject to Mortgage 481989.2,
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
