Pursuant to sections 320 and 321 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport,
I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
shall be road.

Part of Te Horo 2B2B2B Block (formerly Part Kaikou 3
No 1B); marked "B" on SO 62020 containing an area of 185 square metres and part of Te Horo 2B2B2B Block (formerly Part Kaikou 3 No 11); marked "A" on SO 62021 containing an area of 8832 square metres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 11th day of October 2011.
