Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and when taken, being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 157497.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares
the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and when stopped, being amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register 157497, subject
to the registration of an easement in gross marked "A" on SO 439904 for the grantee, Aurora Energy Limited.
