Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPahil, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
