Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto
to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA63B/958, subject to mortgage 6415240.3.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to
be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA32C/577, subject to mortgage 5412551.4.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto
to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA683/17, subject to mortgage B550024.3.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to
be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA698/23, subject to mortgage B486495.2.
