Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Royal
New Zealand Plunket Society (Inc.) to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and further, classifies the said reserve as a local purpose (community education) reserve, and appoints the Rule Education Trust to control and manage the said reserve for that purpose and subject to the terms and conditions set down in a memorandum of agreement.
