Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a puna/spring,
a well-place of cultural, historic or scenic interest for
the common use and benefit of the descendants of Jim and Moyra Hubbard and their invitees.
The Maori reservation is to be known as Kahuroro.
